The client’s technology landscape was a complex mix of legacy systems and newly adopted SaaS solutions, connected by a web of point-to-point integrations. What We Delivered 

ARRT delivered a comprehensive enterprise integration platform using a straightforward, phased approach designed for clarity, impact and longevity. We began with an Integration Health-check, a thorough assessment that identified both strengths and areas for improvement in the client’s existing integration landscape. This process empowered the client with a clear, actionable roadmap for enhancing their technology and operational capabilities.

Next, we applied ARRT’s Candidate Process, selecting a single business process to build an end-to-end integration solution using our proven Integration Brain framework. This approach not only demonstrated the effectiveness of the solution but also established a solid foundation for all future integration projects. By leveraging industry best practices embedded in the ARRT Integration Brain, we ensured the solution was both robust and fully extensible.

A key part of our success was close collaboration with business owners and stakeholders. Through a series of focused workshops, we gained a deep understanding of the client’s requirements and mapped out the integration journey – detailing how each system would interact to deliver the desired business outcomes. This journey was meticulously documented in a standardized format within the Integration Wiki, providing a clear blueprint that links the technical architecture to the business processes it supports.

We also designed and documented a modern Azure cloud architecture for the solution, grounded in the principles of the ARRT Integration Brain. This allowed us to rapidly deliver a high-quality, industry best practise, baseline integration solution using Azure Integration Services. The build phase featured 100% Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD implementation, fully aligned with the client’s established DevOps practices. We further integrated monitoring and alerting into their existing DataDog platform, ensuring proactive oversight of both technical and cost-related anomalies.

Throughout the project, we worked together with the client’s cloud and development teams, delivering a fully documented, end-to-end platform ready for future innovation and extension.
