As we reflect on 2024, we are proud to share the story of our successful engagement with a valued client in the financial services industry.

From late 2022 until the end of 2024, our team provided our client with specialised consultancy services across a broad spectrum of disciplines including Architecture, Technical Business Analysis, DevOps, Security, and Development, that delivered a digital integration platform that allowed them to significantly scale their business and transform their day-to-day operations

The Challenge

Our client faced the complex challenge of integrating a variety of newly acquired systems to create a cohesive and efficient technological infrastructure. Their requirements resulted in us:

• Developing integration capabilities between a raft of new software platforms chosen by our client, including new CRM, Banking, Payments, and Due Diligence services.
• Creating secure and flexible access points for users of the system, ensuring seamless and protected entry.
• Ensuring minimal disruption to existing users during implementation.

Our approach

To meet these ambitious goals, we began by developing, in tandem with our client, a Candidate Process that demonstrated our ability to turn one of their business processes into a runnable, demonstrable solution. With this foundation in place, we:

• Designed a tailored Azure ecosystem: We built a scalable, secure, and flexible infrastructure to support their diverse needs.
• Implemented Seamless Integrations: Ensured flawless communication between all components of the solution.
• Maintained a Client-Centric Focus: Ensured minimal disruption to daily operations, delivering continuity and stability. This allowed users of the existing system to migrate to the new offering without disruption or change.
• Ensured a robust telemetry and reporting infrastructure was put in place to underpin the delivered solution.
• Provided detailed documentation for the developed solution including the completion of comprehensive handover programmed to the client’s support personnel when our time on the project came to an end.

The Outcome

The project was an unqualified success. Our solution architecture, design and implementation provided the client with:
